MARISSA THOMPSON has joined Deutsch LA as senior vice president/group account director to manage the DIRECTV account. She was most recently senior vice president /senior account director at BBDO New York, working on Gillette and Office Depot. KYLE ACQUISTAPACE, a six-year veteran of Deutsch, has been promoted to executive vice president/media director.
