OTSO HUOVINEN has joined R/GA Helsinki as account director on the Nokia account. Huovinen will be primarily responsible for managing the Nokia account locally, acting as the
day-to-day contact for the client and agency partners. Huovinen joined R/GA from Satama Interactive Oyj, an interactive marketing communications agency in Finland, where he was a client manager for
the agency's Nokia account.
