STUART BOGATY has been named managing partner, global accounts at Universal McCann. He will lead the media services for Universal McCann on the global Intel and MasterCard accounts. Bogaty joined Universal McCann from OgilvyOne/mOne/Neo@Ogilvy, where he served as chief executive officer, NeoSearch@Ogilvy North America and co-managing director, Neo@Ogilvy New York.
