SCOTT BUFORD was promoted to art director of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Design Services Department. He will be responsible for all of the Television Academy's collateral materials including advertisements, invitations, tickets, programs and promotional apparel. Previously, Buford was the design director for Lakeshore Learning Materials where he managed the product design department.
