ROBERTA HABER has joined Mullen as senior vice president, director of direct response media, a new position. Haber will lead the direct response unit for mediaHUB from Mullen, the agency’s media and analytics group.She joins the agency from Hill Holliday, where she was media director, relationship marketing.
