Horizon Media has named STEVEN FASKE to the new position of senior vice president, director of business operations. Faske will focus on new ventures for the agency, including strategic alliances and acquisitions, and work with Horizon's Diversified Service Groups to identify growth opportunities. He joins Horizon from Lifestyle Ventures, where he was chief financial/strategic officer.
