Initiative Worldwide Wednesday named Janet Fitzpatrick chief strategic officer, a new role at the Interpublic media shop that will oversee the development of Initiative's strategic product and its
"futures" research team. Based in New York, Fitzpatrick joins from Motorola, where she was vice president-director of global marketing.
