Following a public outcry and pressure from civil rights groups such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Sony Corp. has pulled a Dutch billboard ad campaign promoting a
new white version of its trademark black PSP portable gaming and media device. The billboard campaign, which broke in the Netherlands the first week of June, featured the image of a white woman
grabbing the face of a black woman and the copyline: "PlayStation Portable White Is Coming."
