A federal judge in California late last week dismissed
a lawsuit against Google brought by
directory and search engine KinderStart.com after it stopped appearing in Google's results pages. The judge ruled that KinderStart hadn't alleged sufficient facts in its legal papers for the lawsuit
to proceed. But the case isn't completely over; the judge also said that KinderStart could amend its complaint and re-file some of its claims.
