Correction: Keller Fay Group Conducted WOM Study

In Thursday's OnlineMediaDaily the item "BzzAgent: Word-of-Mouth Hinges On Quality, Not Novelty," incorrectly stated that BzzAgent and the Keller Fay Group jointly conducted a study about word-of-mouth marketing. Keller Fay alone conducted the study, which was based on a survey of BzzAgent volunteers; BzzAgent only provided access to its consumer volunteers.
