CARRIE HART was named vicepresident, research of the Television Bureau of Advertising. Hart joins TVB from WCBS-TV in New York, where she was director of research since 2004. She previously served in the same capacity in Dallas-Fort Worth, first at KXAS-TV, NBC's owned-and-operated station, and then at KTVT-TV/KTXA-TV, CBS/UPN O&O.
