Shana Goldberg-Meehan, a former showrunner on "Friends" and its spinoff "Joey," is developing a politically themed comedy for ABC. From Warner Bros. TV, the D.C.-set sitcom revolves around a man and
woman from opposite sides of the aisle who fall in love. The project is based on Goldberg-Meehan's experience as a D.C. intern.
