Coca-Cola has apparently discontinued a pay-per-click search campaign highlighting a recent court victory in which a Miami judged dismissed a Colombian labor union's accusations of murder and
intimidation as overly vague. Coke
had been running the paid search campaign on the term "Killer
Coke," which is the name of an organization critical of the company's South American labor practices, but not on any other brand terms. The ads--which were visible on Monday, when press coverage of
the campaign began--appeared to have been discontinued on Thursday.
