Prior to his position at Agency.com, Baker worked for Omnicom's Targetbase, building out e-mail services into the direct marketing service practice.
Baker sits on two e-mail sub-committees for the Interactive Advertising Bureau and participates in several e-mail round tables with the Email Experience Council.
