GM Planworks, Starcom MediaVest Group's dedicated media unit for General Motors, has promoted Mary Carpenter and Mike Rosen to the new joint leadership titles of president, strategy and operations
and President, investment and activation, respectively. Previously executive vice president/chief strategy officer, Carpenter will oversee all planning activity across GM divisions. Rosen was
previously chief investment officer, responsible for oversight of GM Planworks' Video Investment Group, Planworks. He now assumes oversight responsibility for investment approaches in all media types.
Carpenter and Rosen both report directly to Planworks CEO Dennis Donlin.
