Report: Kramer Steps Down As CBS Digital Czar, A Banker Will Replace Him

Larry Kramer will step down as president of CBS' interactive media unit, and the network will name Quincy Smith, a former banker with Allen & Co. to replace him, Reuters reports. Kramer has been head of CBS' digital operations since Dow Jones & Co.'s acquired of CBS MarketWatch two years ago. Kramer, who was a co-founder of MarketWatch, will remain an advisor to CBS.
