Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia announced its results for the fourth quarter and for the year. Revenues rose 15% to $97 million, compared to $84.6 million for the same period in 2005. The
fourth-quarter results benefited from an increase in high-margin ad revenue in the publishing and internet categories. Full-year revenues rose 36% to $288.3 million, compared to $212.4 million in
2005. Full-year operating loss improved to $(2.8) million, compared to $(78.3) million for 2005. For 2007, the company forecast sales of $330 million to $340 million and operating profit of $5.5
million to $8.5 million.
