USA Radio Network is to be acquired by Life Media Network International, a newly formed media company. USA Radio Network services more than 1,000 affiliates nationwide, as well as via the Armed Forces
Radio Network. Its programming can be heard on two XM radio channels and its Web site. Life Media says it intends to acquire other major media assets in broadcasting, publishing and entertainment.
