LATV, the bilingual music/entertainment network distributed via digital multicast, has hired Rick Najera as head of current programming and development. Now a 24/7 network, Najera's charge is to
develop new shows and genres, while building on the success of "LATV en Concierto," "LATV Does Hollywood" and "Rokamole."
