DraftFCB Launches Shopper Marketing Division

DraftFCB tapped Jim Lucas to head the agency's newly formed Shopper Marketing Division. Lucas will serve as executive vice president and director of the new retail-centric unit, headquartered in Chicago. The unit will help retailers, manufacturers and service providers to further understand and motivate shoppers within today's retail environments.
