Healthy-beverage maker Sweet Success Enterprises Inc. has named Tom Shuman to the position of senior vice president/sales and marketing, in which he will initiate coverage of the company's major "unfilled markets" and coordinate the company's marketing efforts.

Shuman has more than 26 years of experience in senior sales, marketing and product development.

Throughout his career, he has worked for companies such as Global Brands Inc., DS Waters of America LP, Dr Pepper/7-UP Inc., Coca-Cola USA and Procter and Gamble.

Most recently, he worked for Liberty Imports USA Inc., where he led sales and marketing for the Brazil Gourmet line of products.
