International footwear marketer Camper has tapped Publicis' Starcom Barcelona unit to plan and buy its international media account. Starcom MediaVest Group affiliate StarLink has been chosen to handle
strategic planning and investment for the U.S. piece of this global media assignment in Camper's target US markets. The account will be led by StarLink Vice President-Media Director, Nancy Roth and
Out-Of-Home Associate Director David Turman.
