The
International Herald Tribune will launch an international version of
T,
The New York Times' style magazine, this December, the two papers announced Friday.
The international edition, to be distributed in Europe and the Mideast, will cover the same thematic areas as the U.S. version, including women's and men's fashion, travel, design and holiday style.
The international edition will also include a column by Suzy Menkes, the IHT's fashion editor.
T editor Stefano Tonchi was quoted as saying: "The success T has achieved, both in
terms of design and commercially, makes me very enthusiastic about taking it to Europe and the Middle East." She added: "The IHT is the perfect vehicle to extend the brand internationally."
Over
