XM Adds Car and Driver Radio To The Mix

  • February 12, 2004
XM Satellite Radio has added Car and Driver Radio, the audio arm of the magazine, to its weekly slate. The show, already heard in more than 60 markets in the U.S. and on Sirius Satellite Radio, will air live on Sundays between 2 and 4 p.m. EST. Later in the year, it will begin airing on JetBlue Airways as well. "One of the great benefits of being picked up by XM Satellite Radio, aside from its vast reach, is the network's appeal with niche audiences that desire content specifically geared to their particular interests," said Car and Driver editor-in-chief Csaba Csere in a press release. The show premiered on KLSX-FM in Los Angeles last year.
