On the cusp of its $6 billion acquisition by Microsoft, digital marketing services company aQuantive this morning reported a 22% dip in second quarter net income to $9.6 million. Revenues rose 48% to
$156 million, and after adjusting for the expenses related to its acquisition by Microsoft, the company reported EBITDA of $26.1 million, a decrease of 9 percent over the second quarter of 2006.
