AdStar, which provides e-commerce transaction software and services for the advertising and publishing industries, reported that second-quarter net revenues decreased to $1.17 million--compared with
net revenues of $1.24 million during the same period in 2006. Recurring revenues from transaction and support fees remained relatively constant, despite a slight decrease in ASP revenues. Gross profit
margin for the three months ended June 30, 2007 remained constant at 55% of revenues, when compared with the same period in 2006.
