LATV Networks, a bilingual music/entertainment network distributed via digital multicast, announced that Post-Newsweek Stations had invested in the first round of financing for the national network.
Post-Newsweek was issued a minority ownership interest and a seat on its Board of Directors. Previously, Post-Newsweek had signed a multi-city affiliation deal with LATV to multicast the 24-hour
network on a digital channel at four of its six stations: Houston, KPRC (NBC); Miami, WPLG (ABC); Orlando, WKMG (CBS); and San Antonio, KSAT (ABC.
