NBCU Wants To Fail Fast

We've been incubating a digital studio that does original web and virus programming. Have nothing to do with our television product. Fox distributes some. We're in the 3rd season of a show that's Martha Stewart for the new generation.

Biggest single opportunity is mobile. But the current revenue split makes it hard to pay for the creation of original content for the platform.

The most important thing is to not be presumptuous about what's going to work in terms of ads on video. What 's important is to set up distribution to see what will work.

We think it's very important to try new things.

There are all sorts of things. flyovers, bottom crawls. Anything you want to try, raise your hand. We'll try it.
