  • November 2, 2007

The company's Genuine Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough went on sale this week. The cookies, based on the ones it serves in flight, bowed as frozen cookie dough at the opening of a new Sendik's Food Market in Franklin, Wisc.

The cookie dough is on sale at Milwaukee-area, Balistreri-owned and -operated Sendik's Food Markets and can also be found at its stores in Elm Grove, Grafton, Mequon, Wauwatosa and Whitefish Bay.

Best Maid Cookies of River Falls, Wisc., the family-owned purveyor of Midwest Airlines chocolate chip cookies, is currently rush producing a second shipment of cookie dough, which it expects will be at all six Sendik's Food Markets by Saturday morning.
