WGA Sues Producers Over Labor Practices

With WGA members frustrated by the current strike, the Writers Guild of America leadership has filed labor charges against the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. It hopes to force studios back to the table. WGA accuses the AMPTP of unfair labor practices for issuing an ultimatum during talks, which broke off Dec 7.
