Nielsen Monitor-Plus Adopts BDS As Local Radio Supllier

Nielsen ad tracking service Monitor-Plus Thursday said it would integrate its local radio measurement tracking with that of another Nielsen Co. unit, Broadcast Data Systems' SpotScan service.
