News Corp.'s Dow Jones & Co. has acquired Betten Financial News BV, an Amsterdam-based news service that covers the corporate sector in the Netherlands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Dutch-language service will be combined with Dow Jones' existing Dutch financial news property Dow Jones Nieuwsdienst to create "an unbeatable combination, [that offers] a comprehensive view of corporate and financial news for better decision making," said Clare Hart, executive vice president, Dow Jones, and president, Enterprise Media Group.
