Isobar, the global full service digital network of Aegis Media, has appointed Ralph Folz and David Pullan to its senior management team.
Folz has been appointed to the new position of
global chief operating officer. He will be responsible for the structure, process and operations to support the Isobar network, which has 2,860 employees in 38 countries worldwide. He will also lead
the development of a new Isobar/Aegis Media data capability, integrating proprietary data and analytics to optimise marketing outcomes.
Folz joined Isobar in 2005 when Isobar acquired U.S.-based
Molecular Inc., the digital marketing consulting firm of which he was co-founder and CEO. Since then, he has overseen the development of Molecular, doubling in size since acquisition, and led the
acquisitions of Bluestreak and ION Global US.
Pullan, president, Service Solutions, has taken on the additional role of president, Isobar Global Client Management. He joined Aegis Media in 2007
to pioneer best practice in integrated solutions across brands and agencies in 70 markets.
In his new role, Pullan will be responsible for the central team in Europe and the U.S., delivering
digital strategy, account leadership and programme delivery to international clients in online media, search, internet consulting and development, creative and specialist services. He also retains
responsibility for the Service Solutions initiative.
