Heavy, Inc. on Monday announced the launch of a premium male-focused online video network.
At launch, the Heavy Men's Network features flagship site Heavy.com, along with men's
destinations, including action sports community BNQT.com; Flash gaming portal Newgrounds, Inc., Quincy Jones's QD3 and Vidshadow, Inc., to be quickly followed by other media brands.
The Heavy
Men's Network is relying on Heavy's own Husky ad network to employ video ad units known as "video skins," which wrap video players with high-CPM ad unita specifically designed for brand
advertisers.
