Yahoo! on Monday announced the launch of a comprehensive marketing campaign promoting Yahoo! Search with a new television commercial debuting in network and national cable rotation and the world's
first Internet-connected billboard featuring state-of-the-art LED technology in Times Square. The billboard features real-time searches from Yahoo! users across the U.S. These components are part of a
larger, integrated campaign that includes television, radio, outdoor and online media. Spending was not disclosed. The new campaign comes on the heels of Yahoo's April 2003 launch of the new Yahoo!
Search, which was supported by a marketing campaign highlighting the enhanced features of the Search product, using the tagline "Faster. Easier. Bingo."
