Newsday, he isn't the Long Island newspaper's only suitor, the paper reports.
Daily News owner Mortimer Zuckerman will submit an
offer, while Cablevision works toward a partnership bid. All this comes as Congress tries to put the FCC's cross-ownership rules in place again.
