The direct-to-retail license agreements involve Iconix Brand Group's Starter and Danskin Now brands.

Starter, currently distributed at Wal-Mart, will have an expanded re-launch in Wal-Mart doors for spring of 2009. The launch will be supported with a national advertising campaign featuring a high profile athlete and include television, print, online and radio advertising and a public relations campaign.

Danskin Now will also re-launch in Wal-Mart doors in 2009 with a special product program surrounding January Fitness Month.--Nina M. Lentini
