The Mag Bag column that ran on August 1st, 2008 incorrectly states that the Magazine Publishers of America, an industry organization, is suing mymagazines.com, a site that allows users to share
digital copies of magazines. While the MPA is "aggressively pursuing the matter in conjunction with our members' attorneys and expect that legal action will commence shortly," that legal action would
be undertaken by its members, not the MPA itself.
