Kellogg Elevates Global CMO Mark Baynes

Executives are changing chairs at the Battle Creek, Mich.-based company. Among the changes--all effective now--Mark Baynes, global chief marketing officer, is being promoted to global chief marketing officer and VP. Baynes, who also joins the company's global leadership team, is responsible for overseeing the company's brand-building initiatives and global market strategies.

 

Jeff Montie, previously EVP of the Kellogg Company and president of Kellogg International sales and marketing, has opted to leave the company.

Other promotions include:

  • John Bryant, formerly EVP/CFO and president, Kellogg North America, is now COO, Kellogg Company
  • Brad Davidson, formerly SVP/president, Kellogg U.S. Snacks and Canada, is now SVP/president, Kellogg North America
  • Paul Norman, formerly SVP/Kellogg Company and president/U.S. Morning Foods, is now SVP/president, Kellogg International
  • Juan Pablo Villalobos, formerly SVP/Kellogg Company and president/Latin America, is now SVP/president, U.S. Morning Foods
  • Todd Penegor, formerly CFO/Kellogg Europe, is now SVP/Kellogg Company and president/Kellogg U.S. Snacks. He will also join the global leadership team.
