Razorfish Lays Off 40, Buys Spanish Agency

Razorfish has laid off 40 employees, but bought Wysiwyg, a Spanish digital agency. Razorfish, the Microsoft-owned digital marketing firm, says it wants to expand its European holdings, which include properties in the U.K., France and Germany, reports ClickZ. Wysiwyg keeps its branding, its 56-person staff and the current leadership team.
