WorldNow Expands Exec Lineup

WorldNow, the New York-based online technology, content and revenue-solutions company for local media, has reshaped its senior executive ranks in its distribution and client services teams in response to the 107 new clients it has added year-to-date.

Melissa Hatter has been named SVP, distribution and client services, and has been charged with leading these new strategic initiatives that will more efficiently and productively link internal WorldNow sales and client service infrastructure with its client counterparts.

Hatter also will be actively involved in the development of new business for WorldNow. She was previously SVP, client services. She will report to Craig Smith, WorldNow EVP, distribution and ad sales.

In addition, Liza Watts has been promoted to VP, client services, where she will manage the day-to-day operations of WorldNow's customer support. Watts was previously senior client services manager. In addition, Rebecca Swanson has been promoted to senior client services manager from client services manager, and Daniel Johnson has been named director, interactive media services. Johnson was previously senior interactive development manager.--Tanya Irwin
