Kelly come to Time from Rapt, a part of Microsoft Advertising's Publisher Solutions, where he was manager, advisory services. At Rapt, Kelly managed numerous strategic consulting engagements and enterprise software implementations for large publishers.
Prior to Rapt, Kelly was director, revenue management, sales and online distribution for Virgin America. His involvement there included designing the front end interface and functional specs for virginamerica.com, and helping to build the company's back-end ecommerce platform.--Gavin O'Malley
