The Englewood, Colo.-based money-transfer service has appointed Victoria López-Negrete to lead its newly formed Hispanic Product Management team, with responsibility for managing all Hispanic consumer-related products and services across the U.S. She will also manage the Mexico business for Western Union.

Lopez-Negrete was group account director of Houston-based Lopez-Negrete Communications, handling U.S. Hispanic advertising strategy for Visa USA, Microsoft and others. She also managed Citibank's credit card business in 11 countries across Latin America.

In addition, Jorge E. Consuegra, hired from Yahoo, where he was VP of international marketing, will lead the U.S. product-management team.--Karl Greenberg
