The headline is spot on, the analyis is too narrow. Rather than worry about tactics like their agencies, brands need to do a full-blown anlysis of their customers and consumers---the world is drastically changing and they better be prepared. Then they need to "rethink everything about their org." Now more than ever, be customer centric----especially organizationlly and structually, not just tactics.
