    Headliners this week:

    JOHN DIFRONZO, a Founder of Reuters AdValue Network and a Sr. Executive of Columbine JDS (now Encoda), has joined eMadison as Executive Advisor, Technology Strategy and Alliances. DiFronzo, who will continue as Sr. VP of Edge Technology Services, Inc., a management consulting firm with a media practice, will assist eMadison in further development of its technology strategies.

    KEITH SATTER has been named VP, Sales at Transactional Data Solutions. Prior to joining TDS, Satter was VP of Sales at ISG Consumer Sampling.

    PAULINE SALOIS joins ICONOCAST as Director of Sales. Prior to ICONOCAST Pauline held positions as Market Development Account Executive with UPN44/KBHK-TV.

    LARRY BEVINS joins The Townsend Agency as VP of Creative/Creative Director.

    TOM BENELLI is newly appointed President RappDigital. Minsky was previously Director of Media Convergence at OgilvyOne and Co-founder of the OgilvyOne Interactive Media team.

    DONALD SKARZENSKI has been named Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing at NetMason.com. Skarzenski was previously VP of Online Marketing at CompuBank.com.

    DAVID ROUSSAIN has been named President and CEO for AdExact Corporation. Roussain previously served as VP of Electronic Commerce Marketing for FedEx Corporation.

    ROD FAVARON has joined Mediaprise as CEO. Most recently, Favaron was Sr. VP of Sales and Business Development for pcOrder.com

    Klever Marketing Inc. announced changes to its board of directors and senior executive positions. COREY A. HAMILTON, the company's president, was named CEO. Hamilton replaced PAUL G. BEGUM, who resigned from that position. One of the company's long-term advisors and major shareholders, D. PAUL SMITH of the Arbinger Institute, has also joined the board. LEONARD D. SOUTHWICK, VP and General Manager of the Metro Auto Group in Southern California, was named to the board as well. The board also comprises WILLIAM C. BAILEY, MICHAEL L. MILLS and RICHARD J. TROUT. ABEL T. PORTER resigned from the board to pursue personal interests. KATHY JIA has been appointed to General Manager of MediaWave Advertising Company. Prior to her new post Jia managed the distribution of CCTV-4, CCTV's overseas service, for International Channel Networks in the United States.

    MARK GLASNER has joined Interactive Week as National Associate Publisher. Before joining Interactive Week, he was VP for global accounts with CMP Media.
