    Doner
    Doner hires 11 creatives in the agency's Detroit headquarters.

    Bob Havlena and Katie Rivard were named associate creative directors. Havlena joins the agency from BBDO Atlanta, where he worked on AT&T and REI. Rivard joins from Ogilvy Chicago, where she was a writer working on Huggies, Glade, Pinnacle Vodka and Sargento Cheese.

    Kate Wojan was named a senior art director. She relocated to Detroit from Chicago, where she was an art director at FCB. Before that, she was an art director at Healthy Interactions in Chicago.

    Stephan Lacombe and Liam Soren were named senior copywriters. Lacombe will relocate from New York, where he worked for Elephant and DigitasLBi. Soren joins Doner from Tattoo Projects, an agency based in Charlotte, NC.

    Leah Cannaert joins as senior designer, after working as an associate creative director for ArtPrize.

    Burke di Piazza, Laura Haberman and Olivia Hill were tapped as copywriters. DiPiazza was most recently a media planner at Assembly, which led him to a creative internship and full-time position at Doner. Haberman relocated from Chicago, where she most recently worked at The Escape Pod. Hill joins Doner from DigitasLBi.

    Bisi Okoye and Marissa Schmidt were named art directors. Prior to Doner, Okoye was a freelance art director for Huge and has held positions at DigitasLBi and McCann. Schmidt joins the agency after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in creative advertising and design.

    The Escape Pod
    The Escape Pod Group named Celia Jones as brand director. She will be responsible for managing PR and marketing initiatives across the group's three partner agencies: The Escape Pod, digital agency ORA Interactive, and experiential agency OutCold.

    Most recently, Jones held senior marketing roles at Rightpoint and Havas Worldwide Chicago. Prior to that, she was global marketing director for Critical Mass, and director of content and lead copywriter at Designkitchen.

    Gyro Madrid
    Gyro Madrid named Baldiri Ros as executive creative director of its Madrid office. Ros most recently served as creative director at La Despensa. While there, he worked with Corona Extra, Vodafone, Microsite, Ikea and Beefeater.

    Prior to that, he built the digital department of FCB Madrid, and worked on brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Nivea, Heineken, Hendrick's Gin and Sailor Jerry Rum.

    Digitas Health
    John Mangano was named senior vice president, strategy and analytics at Digitas Health.

    Mangano joins Digitas Health from comScore, where he led teams of pharma and healthcare online marketing experts and research specialists. He has advised hospitals, pharma brands, federal and state health agencies and universities to create successful engagement strategies and analytics paradigms. Mangano also held roles at AOL, AT&T Wireless and MCI.

    "John Mangano is iconic in the industry as a key innovator through his pioneering ways to quantify how patients and healthcare providers use and are influenced by media and marketing," said Matt McNally, president of Digitas Health North America.     RAPP Worldwide hired Dan Goodman as director of business development, working from the agency's New York office. Goodman reports to Mitchell Caplan, U.S. chief growth officer, and will oversee all growth and new business efforts.

    Most recently, Goodman was senior vice president, business development, for Ogilvy PR North America, overseeing new business for eight offices. Prior to that, he was vice president, director of marketing operations at IBT Media, the parent company of Newsweek, where he managed strategic business partnerships and print/non-print licensing.
