  • TODD SIEGEL has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Screenvision, a Technicolor Cinema Advertising Company and in-cinema advertising company. Prior to joining Screenvision, Siegel was Vice President of National Ad Sales for Discovery Communications.

  • Zenith USA announces the promotion of three of its top executives in the United States: TIM JONES, PEGGY GREEN and NEIL ASCHER. Jones, formerly was EVP and Director of Worldwide Client Services and Business Development, becomes President of Zenith USA, a new position. Green was promoted to President, National Broadcast, Zenith USA. She had served as EVP and Director of National Broadcast. Ascher, formerly SVP of Communications Planning, becomes EVP of Zenith USA, a new position.

  • ANNA TEITELBAUM has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Development at The Advertising Council. Teitelbaum joined the Ad Council one year ago as the Director of Corporate Development.

  • KATE HOLLOWAY has assumed the post of VP Research at The Media Company in Toronto, Canada, a partnership of MediaCom Worldwide and MBS Ltd. She was formerly Director of Business Development for Advanced Data and Media at Engage Technologies.

  • The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) announced the addition of DAVID OWENS and KEVIN CAMPBELL to its Schaumburg-based headquarters. Owens, who will serve as marketing manager, newspapers, brings with him more than 17 years of marketing and sales experience in various industries. Campbell, who will serve as marketing manager, ABC readership services, has amassed more than 11 years of expertise in media industry sales and account management.

  • MARIANNE MOORE has been appointed to Cossette Post’s management team as Director of Account Planning. Moore’s most recent position was as a partner and head of account planning with Stein Rogan + Partners.

  • AOL Time Warner has announced a senior management succession plan. Under the plan, RICHARD PARSONS, Co-Chief Operating Officer, will become CEO of the company, and ROBERT PITTMAN, now Co-Chief Operating Officer with Parsons, will become the sole Chief Operating Officer. STEVE CASE will continue to have an active role as Chairman. This comes after the announcement that chief executive GERALD LEVIN will retire in May 2002.

  • MARK TALL has joined lunch in Los Angeles as head of Brand Planning. Tall joins lunch in Los Angeles from agency Ground Zero, where he built and managed the brand planning departments for the LA and NYC offices.

  • Two senior media executives have been added to The Douglas/Jones Group (DJG). CAREN KABAK joined as Research Director. Her most recent position was with Ziff Davis where she was Research Director of their Consumer Publishing Group. MAGGIE ZAK joined DJG as a Marketing Associate in DJG Research Services. She was last at World Publications, where she worked as the Marketing Research Coordinator for Garden Design and Saveur magazines.

  • Purple Harbor, a strategic and integrated marketing agency, today announced the addition of its latest board of advisors and marketing team. DON SPRADIN, Associate Director of Development for Maitri Compassionate Care, was named non-profit and events advisor. MICHAEL LASMANIS, Director for Software Development for Swan Systems, was appointed technology advisor. KAREN GRANADOS was named Communications Director. Prior to joining Purple Harbor she was a Management Supervisor for the Interactive Marketing department at Porter Novelli Communications.

  • KEVIN JOHNSON has been appointed senior vice president of services at Digital Impact, Inc. Prior to joining Digital Impact, Johnson was the senior vice president of client services at Netcentives.
