  • The Bravo Group has named DELIA DELISSER as group account director, and promoted TRACY DECKER to vice president, media director and YVONNE MONTANINO to associate director, strategic planning & research. DeLisser will be responsible for the Kraft Foods account. She joins Bravo from Reynardus & Moya, where she served as vice president, client services.


  • MICHAEL LOMBARDI has joined WeatherBug as vice president of East Coast sales and MARIO TOTA has been named director of central sales. Lombardi will manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the East Coast region. Tota will manage all central region sales operations and growth. Lombardi joins WeatherBug from Undertone Networks and Tota most recently served as vice president of sales at Travelocity.


  • DAVID BERKOWITZ has been named director of marketing at Viewpoint/Unicast. He most recently served as director of marketing at icrossing.


  • MARK BERNARDINI has joined the New York advertising sales office of USA WEEKEND and MARK ANCIPINK has joined the San Francisco office, both as account executives. Prior to joining USA WEEKEND, Bernardini was a senior account executive at MarketSource. Ancipink joins the company from Golf Digest and Golf for Women magazines.


  • CSTV Networks has hired JOE GANGONE as executive vice president for ad sales. Gangone comes to CSTV after founding and serving as CEO of Gangone Consulting, a sports media and management company.


  • CHRIS MARROW has joined TACODA in the newly created position of vice president, Western advertising sales. Marrow will manage the Western U.S. advertising sales team for TACODA Audience Networks. He joins the company from eBay where he was business development manager for the past three years.


  • CHRISTINE M. SMITH has joined Barry Group as an account executive. She will be responsible for account planning and management.


  • Return Path has hired MARTIN DONNER, former chief operating officer of Marketing Technology Solutions, as vice president and general manager of Return Path's List & Data Solutions. Donner replaces MICHAEL MAYOR, the former president and COO of NetCreations, who left Return Path in April.


  • Draft New York has tapped DAVID MENDELL and CHRISTOPHER RETCHO as management supervisors to work on the agency's Computer Associates account. Both join Draft from OgilvyOne Worldwide.


  • Mindshare North America, part ofMindShare Worldwide, a WPP company, has named SCOTT NESLUND managing director of MindShare Chicago. He replaces BRUCE SMITH who left to pursue other interests. Most recently, Neslund was president of StarLink Worldwide. Prior to that, Neslund was managing director of StarcomMediaVestGroup Canada, an agency he helped launch and run.


  • CMD has hired JENNIFER SEAVEY as an account supervisor and HILARY REINMUTH and CHRISTOPHER WONG as account executives in the account services department.


  • JULIA FORD has joined ENC Marketing & Communications as marketing manager.


  • SHANA LORY has joined Renegade Marketing Group as account planning director for the Panasonic account. Lory previously spent three years at Euro RSCG New York working as an account planner on the Intel, Evian, and Charles Schwab accounts. Earlier, she was a planner at Ogilvy & Mather, where she worked on the AT&T Wireless account.


  • HGTV added GABRIELLA MESSINA and ANDREW SINGER to its team as directors of program production. The two will develop show concepts into lifestyle programs for the network. Messina has worked as an independent producer for the past 10 years. Singer joins HGTV from VH1 where he produced programs such as "Retrosexual: The 80s" and "Awesomely Bad Career Moves."


  • Midwest Living, published by Meredith Corporation, has promoted ROBERT LEIBOWITZ to New York advertising manager. He has also held sales positions at Meredith’s Ladies’ Home Journal and Better Homes and Gardens.


  • BRITTA WARE has been promoted to executive director of corporate research at Meredith Corporation. Ware is responsible for advertising and consumer research for Meredith’s entire publishing group including Child, Parents, Fitness, Family Circle, and Ser Padres.


  • Caring Today: Practical Advice for the Family Caregiverhas namedDON VERGARA vice president and publisher. Prior to joining Caring Today, he was vice president of sales with Premier Retail Networks.


  • JERILYN SCHULTZ BLISS, a former publicist for Oprah Winfrey and Winfrey's Harpo Productions, has joined Scripps Networks as vice president of corporate communications. Bliss will oversee business-to-business and industry communications and have an involvement in the strategy and implementation of national public affairs for Scripps Networks.


  • LIZ JANNEMAN has been named senior vice president, cable ad sales for The Weather Channel. Janneman will oversee all advertising sales efforts for the cable network. Janneman spent 12 years with Turner/AOL/Time Warner, where she rose from account executive to executive vice president of sales.


  • SUSAN GRUNER has joined Deep Focus as director of operations. Most recently, Gruner served as media supervisor at Beyond Entertainment where she managed the program for Warner Bros. Theatrical Interactive Marketing while also planning and managing annual partner relations with networks such as AOL, Yahoo!, and MSN.


  • MARY PESKIN has joined the American Press Institute as an associate director. She will research, design, and conduct seminars focusing on news-editorial issues, design, and new-audience development in API's core programming division. Prior to joining API, Peskin was design director of the New York Times Regional Newspaper Group.


  • SportingNews.com has named RODNEY FETAYA director of online advertising. Fetaya’s duties will include driving sales of online assets, creating new sources of online revenue, and developing integrated packages. Most recently, Fetaya was vice president of sales at Entertainment Media Works.


  • Labwerks and Ten United have merged. JOHN KUNTZ, Labwerks president and CEO, will become chief interactive officer at Ten United. PATTI ZIEGLER, formerly Ten United chief interactive officer, will become executive vice president, account services.


  • Kelliher Samets Volk has acquired Platinum Design, a strategic design firm in Manhattan. Platinum employee ESTEE POULERIS will serve as managing director and partner of Platinum Design under the new ownership.
