  • ARIANA L. SQUAR has been named director, brand integration, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. Prior to joining NBC Universal, Squar served as supervising producer at FeistyFlix/Fallon Worldwide, where she formatted and developed the first webisodic reality series for Georgia Pacific and Brawny Paper Towels.

  • Optima named MARIA WEBB as vice president of business development.


  • Carat Fusion named RANDY SCHWARTZ as director of search engine marketing in its New York office. He joins the agency from Reprise Media, where he founded its media department and most recently served as director, strategic development. Carat Fusion also recently hired SEAN MCDONALD as associate director of search engine marketing, MICHELLE ZUNG as a senior SEM associate, THAO NGUYEN as SEM associate and TREVOR BEDDOE as SEM associate.

  • Horizon Media promoted brand group directors TRACY WONG, MARIN KATACIC and CHERIE BRUSSELL to vice presidents, Western region.

  • Imagination named PAUL WYLDE as creative director. Wylde joins Imagination from BMW DesignworksUSA, where he was creative director, brand strategy.


  • Wizzard Media hired JIM ELSE as vice president of sales to lead the company's new media sales operations.

  • ERIC ROSENBAUM joined dentsuAmerica as management supervisor on the Canon USA Consumer Imaging Group business, a new position. Rosenbaum was most recently an account supervisor on the Verizon account at DraftFCB.

  • Special Ops Media named LISA BRONSON as senior interactive media director. She most recently served as associate media director at Avenue A | Razorfish, where she served as the primary interactive media expert for clients such as Capital One, Verizon Communications, and Starwood Hotels.


  • ShermansTravel Media named ALFRED PAYTON, a former vice president at Dow Jones, as its vice president of business development.


  • Enversa promoted JON COOKE to account director from his previous position as account manager.


  • Eyeblaster named LORI DICKER as director, west coast account management. She previously served as director of the west coast digital media & entertainment practice at Organic.


  • Digitas Health promoted LARRY MICKELBERG to executive vice president. Previously, he served as senior vice president, strategy and enablement at Medical Broadcasting Company, which recently merged with Digitas Health.


  • SUSAN INKROT joined Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati, as local broadcast buying strategist. Inkrot most recently served as a media planner/buyer at Chappelle Ciafardini Advertising Associates, Cincinnati.


  • Oxygen promoted ALICE DICKENS to director of development, up from manager.

  • Nimblefish named MICHELE SWEENEY as executive vice president of marketing solutions. In her new role, she will oversee all sales/strategy efforts for the company. Sweeney most recently served as vp/business strategy at Kadium.


  • SCOTT BRISKMAN was promoted to executive creative director of Agency.com's San Francisco office. He previously served as creative director in the New York office.


  • The Bravo Group named TONY SARROCA as chief creative officer. Sarroca joins The Bravo Group from Prolam Young & Rubicam in Santiago, Chile, where he served as partner and chief creative officer.


  • Rapp Collins NY named CAMILO LA CRUZ vice president, director of brand planning. Most recently, La Cruz was a planning director for the Direct + Digital Marketing department at The Vidal Partnership. In addition, LARRY KRASNOFF was named SVP, analytics. He previously led Advanced Analytics for Digitas.

  • Landor Associates promoted LESLIE CROMBIE to executive director, client development, and TESSA WESTERMEYER to executive creative director.


  • HGTV promoted MADDIE HENRI to vice president of original programming.

  • Renegade hired JOEL PERLER as senior account executive; LIAN CHANG as art director; PATTI KIM as interactive account supervisor; RODY PEREZ as resource manager; ERIN BAKERSMITH as account coordinator and EVAN SCHILLER as junior copywriter.

  • DIC Entertainment formed a Global Brand Management division to create a synergy among the Company's key divisions--Television, Home Entertainment and Consumer Products. NANCY FOWLER, head of global sales, will oversee the new division, as well as continue to head the domestic and international Consumer Products, Television, Home Entertainment and Marketing divisions.


  • MIKE SLANE joined Exopolis as art director.


  • Wilkin Guge Marketing promoted SHANNON CARLSON to media director. Carlson joined the agency in 2006.

  • Retail Entertainment Design named ED STEINBERG vice president, licensing and label relations.


  • Kelly Scott & Madison promoted LEAH GRZYB to media planning supervisor.

  • Channel M named ANTHONY PETRILLO as senior account director. Previously, he was vice president, theatrical distribution for Lions Gate Films.


  • Rodale named ANDREW HERSAM vice president/publishing director for Runner's World, Running Times and their related web properties; ANGUS MACAULAY to publisher of Runner's World; and MOLLY O'KEEFE to advertising director for Runner's World.


  • TOM SICOLA, formerly president and CEO of SicolaMartin, transferred the role and responsibilities of president to co-founder STEVE MARTIN. In addition, CHERIE COX and DIANE MCKINNON were promoted senior vice president/managing partners.


  • Fox Cable Networks promoted OREN LIEBER to vice president, national accounts, affiliate sales & marketing, and named MATT GRIM director of affiliate sales & marketing for Fox Sports en Español.
