  • OgilvyAction named SCOTT MUELLER as executive vice president and business director in its New York office. Mueller joins the company from Publicis Dialog.


  • KEVIN MENARD was named senior vice president, U.S. advertising sales for Last.fm, the global online social music network recently acquired by CBS Corporation. Menard most recently served as vice president, business development at Heavy.com.


  • Interpublic launched a mobile marketing agency, Ansible, to be led by VLADIMIR EDELMAN as chief executive officer. Edelman joins the company from Soapbox Mobile, where he served as chief executive officer.


  • MAXWELL HENDRIX joined WhitePages.com as an account executive. Hendrix previously worked as a senior media planner for GM Planworks.


  • DIANE JACKSON has returned to DDB as executive director of production. Previously, Jackson held the same post at Energy BBDO, where she restructured and developed the agency's print, television and branded content capabilities. 


  • JOHN MCCANN was named vice president, advertising sales for FOX Business Network. McCann joined FOX News in 2001 as an account manager.


  • Phoenix Editorial & Designs hired KIM CALVERT as editor.


  • Draftfcb Chicago named DARRYL NEWMAN vice president, account director. Newman will oversee all marketing efforts for Kraft on the Mac and Cheese, Easy Mac Cups, Bistro Deluxe and Velveeta brands. He most recently served as a freelancer with Promo Latino.


  • Questus hired JASON KELLY as director of marketing and advertising and PETER SORGENFREI as director of research strategy.


  • The Financial Times named GREG ZORTHIAN as global circulation director.


  • Turner Entertainment Ad Sales and Marketing merged its digital ad sales teams for its Turner Entertainment Group portfolio, consisting of TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Court TV, GameTap, Super Deluxe and Turner Sports. As part of this new structure, WALKER JACOBS joined the company as senior vice president of Turner Entertainment New Media Ad Sales. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of the Reuters Americas Media Group.


  • Agency.com named RICCARDO ZANE president of the New York office. Zane was most recently senior partner, client services director, running the Consumer Marketing Practice in the interactive and CRM space for Ogilvy One Worldwide, New York.


  • Silver Direct named DENNIS SHANOFF as marketing and sales manager.


  • KARIN MARKE joined Glam Media as vice president of sales. She was formerly vice president of sales for MySpace at Fox Interactive.


  • Horizon Media hired SHERI D. RODER as senior vice president, consumer insights director.


  • GINA BIEL joined Bader Rutter & Associates as an associate media director in the agency’s media department.


  • Jumpstart Automotive Media promoted CHAD BEASLEY from vice president west coast sales & creative development to vice president of marketing. Beasley will beresponsible for leading the strategic direction, planning and implementation of all marketing efforts.

  • MIKE PERALTA was named vice president of northeast and Midwest sales regions at Advertising.com. Peralta most recently served as managing director of Advertising.com’s United Kingdom and Western European operations.
